Pune to Mumbai is the busiest cab route we run, and the one people ask about most. The expressway makes it a straightforward drive — 156 km, around three hours — but the last stretch into Mumbai city is where the time actually goes.
A one-way drop starts at ₹2,499, with fuel and driver included and no charge for the return leg.
You are paying for one direction, not two. A round trip on this route would cost roughly double, and there is no reason to pay it if you are flying out of Mumbai, staying on, or being picked up at the other end.
If you are coming back the same day, tell us — a round trip booking usually works out cheaper than two separate one-way fares.
Pune → Lonavala → Khopoli → Panvel → Mumbai, on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.
Be honest with yourself about the second half. Getting to Andheri at 6 PM is a very different drive from getting to Panvel at 6 AM. If you have a flight or a meeting, build in the buffer.
Monsoon adds time on the ghat section. Friday evenings and Sunday returns are heavier in both directions.
Going to the airport with check-in luggage? Book a sedan at minimum. Discovering the boot will not close at 4 AM is not the moment to find out.
We drop anywhere in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Common ones:
Fares vary slightly by drop point since the distance changes. The figure you see before booking is the one you pay.
We run the return direction too — Mumbai to Pune and Mumbai Airport to Pune with flight-tracked arrival pickups.
A short break for tea or food is fine — tell the driver. If you want a proper stop, say so at booking:
Extended detours change the distance and therefore the fare. We will tell you the revised figure before you set off, not after.
Toll and parking are charged at actual cost and shown separately. The expressway toll is significant on this route and always appears as a separate line, never rolled into the fare.
This is our highest-volume corporate route. Companies in Hinjewadi, Kharadi and Magarpatta run it on monthly billing with GST invoices and a single point of contact. See corporate taxi service.
Use the search box above or call +91-8466847272. We answer 24 hours, including 3 AM departures for early flights.
An hour's notice is usually enough on a weekday. For Friday evenings, Sunday returns and airport runs, book a day ahead.

Questions
A one-way drop starts at Rs 2,499 for a Wagon R, Rs 2,560 for a Swift Dzire or Aura, Rs 3,499 for an Ertiga and Rs 5,360 for an Innova Crysta. All fares include 156 km, fuel and driver. Toll and parking are charged at actual cost.
About three hours. The expressway stretch takes roughly two hours and is fast, but Panvel into Mumbai city adds anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes depending on the hour and your drop point.
No. A one-way fare covers only the direction you travel. If you are coming back the same day, ask for a round trip quote instead as it usually works out cheaper than two one-way bookings.
Before 7 AM for the fastest run. Between 5 PM and 9 PM expect an extra hour into central or western Mumbai. After 10 PM is quick, though night charges apply between 10 PM and 6 AM.
No. The expressway toll is charged at actual cost and shown separately on your bill, never rolled into the quoted fare.
A sedan at minimum if you have check-in luggage. Two passengers with two large suitcases fit comfortably. For a family of five with full bags, book an Ertiga or Innova.
A short break for tea or food is fine, just tell the driver. For a longer halt or a detour, mention it at booking so we can price it correctly.
