3. Outstation Trips
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
Cancellation after 24 hours – 50% deduction of advance amount.
Last-minute cancellation (within 6 hours of ride) – No refund.
4. Corporate/Business Bookings
Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before scheduled travel.
After 48 hours, a flat 50% charge applies.
